Questions, beliefs like “am I legitimate here? », « do I have the right to...? », « I must not disturb, take up too much space », or even « the other is more important than me », limit us in the expression of ourselves and restrict us in our choices.

Through practices and exercises based on attention to the body, we will explore the relationship to ourselves and to others, in order to become more comfortable with the space we occupy.
